Vanessa has a diverse laundry list of experiences working in the health, fitness, and wellness industries, with two decades under her belt. She received her Bachelor's in Family and Consumer Sciences/Education, is a licensed Esthetician, and has acquired a small array of certifications to expand her scope of knowledge. However despite her professional history and continued education, a great deal of her experience has come from navigating her own personal health challenges. She has passionately and candidly shared content via social media for the last five years, and feels her life's ministry largely includes helping others learn how to take control of their own health by breaking out of mainstream paradigms that have failed so many.
